This is where the fun begins! We discuss your wants, needs and pain points of your current space, and then create space plan options to solve your homeowner woes. We consider furniture placement, architectural details and how the new plan will flow with your existing space.

This is where the design comes to life. After a finalized space plan, we work through the design details at a 85% level so you can obtain pricing from your selected contractors. This phase includes mood boards, millwork and interior/exterior elevations, and lighting and electrical layouts.

Getting down to business. We provide full architectural plans for permit and construction (in conjunction with a structural engineer, when applicable). We fine tune the details and specifications of products so you have a fully executed plan of attack for your renovation project!

Let us take the stress out of your construction project. We speak the language of contractors, tradesmen and engineers so you don’t have to. We provide weekly touch base meeting during the duration of construction, as well as weekly or bi-monthly site visits with your contractor to make sure all details are executed precisely the way you want them to be.
